The food pyramid.

                           

The food  pyramid tells us what food to eat and what you should cook. The food you could eat is meat and fruit.
The food you should eat less is carrot, onion and garlic with the meat. The garlic won’t help you build more energy it will make you very healthy.

If you have fish or chicken meat you should eat a little of it so you can become more healthy and not fat. If you keep eating the same food you will get very fat.

The food that you should eat less is some fish if you eat it a lot you should try some other food that you don’t like.

The least food you should not eat is chicken. The chicken is not that healthy it contains low energy and it has high cups of sugar.
